Should I keep blogging in English?

There are a few questions that have been spinning around in my head for a while now.

Does blogging in English improve the quality of my blog? Does it improve the quality of my English?

I'm an Afrikaans speaking South African. Afrikaans is my home language and I speak it every day.  read more »

Wash that Keyboard!

I saw this blog entry over at TX Daily where they blog about all sorts of gadgets.

You can now easily get rid of all those bits of food and hair and dead skin cells that fall in between those keys of yours.

Just wash that keyboard!

And if that isn't enough, just put the keyboard in the dish washer.

Yes, it's dish washer safe!

Snow in JHB!

It's snowing in Johannesburg and I've got the pictures to prove it!

Personally I've never seen snow in my life so I'm pretty excited to see all the fluffy (cold!) white stuff floating around.

We were at the office last night when it started snowing at around 11.

It was pretty cold last night and we had the heaters on just a bit hotter than usual!

This morning everything looks so pretty covered in snow!

It's almost sad that it snows a lot closer to Cape Town and I could go see snow at any time, but I finally see it after moving to JHB of all places.  read more »
