A friend of mine with diabetes needed a website where he could educate other people with diabetes and keep them updated with news and advancements in technology regarding diabetes.

His requirements weren't extensive but they weren't basic either.

Drupal 6 was of course, the tool of choice.

His site design comprised of the following elements:

  • New logo design
  • Heavy modification of a Drupal theme called Designpile
  • Custom content types using CCK

So if you have any friends or family living with diabetes, go ahead and direct them towards the site.

Thinus has done a real great job on this site and he is really good at what he do (a man of many talent) and if it wasn’t for him none of this would have been possible, I really thank you Thinus for helping me get this site up and running, you helped me a step towards a dream come true. Thanks!!!
